I read a lot of poetry, especially regarding love. When I stumble upon hidden gems like this one, I feel the need to share:
“It’s hard to put into words because words aren’t good enough. How do I express the feeling when you say my name, when you breathe on my skin, when I get to hold the love of my eternity. It surpasses life. I need another life with you, I need more time, I need more of your magic–the magic that man has yet to see fully. Intoxication with just the consumption of my eyes on every piece of your being. How do I explain true love?”
Powerful words, from such a passionate heart. The author of this captures my attention because that is the level of feeling I have the capacity to feel.
